Foods deer to an almost hippies heart.

Lets start the first installment shall we…

1. Avocados - YUM first of all, all i can say is creamy, lusciousness. Especially with some balsamic vinegar and a dash a salt.

MOUTHGASM.

And healthy too. Noooo kidding. Where does Miranda Kerr (and me of course becuase that’s totally possible) gets her silky locks?

Yah that green thing.

Is it true the saying goes an avacado a day keeps the doctor staring at your beautiful hair..wait a second. Anyway wether it’s your doctor or, your mom or that punk rock guy you see around all the time. They’ll be looking at your new overall sleek and shine.

Avacados give you other health benefits as well: 

  • it’s full of fat! Before you freak out let me assure you that this is a common misconception. Avocados only contain the absolute best. These fats keep your heart all super duper and (as i may have mentioned) get your hair naturally groovy.
  • Sodium and cholesterol free yippee
  • Nutrient and electrolyte packed (helps cells muscles and organs function)

So yah, pretty much go and eat up and stuff man. I’ll do another installment on my list in the near future i’m sure :)

P.s fun fact that may have already been obvious to those smarter than myself. Avocodos are a fruit in disguise among them veggies!
